This Refund Policy applies to hosting packages purchased from Explosionweb Solutions. By subscribing to any hosting plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only to the original purchaser of a hosting package and apply to the hosting service fees. Requests must comply with the conditions and timelines described herein.
2. Money‑Back Guarantee Window
New hosting subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Renewal payments are not covered by the money‑back guarantee.
3. Pro‑Rated Refunds
After the money‑back window, no refunds are provided for partial periods. If service is cancelled mid‑term, access continues until the end of the billing cycle without a refund.
4. Non‑Refundable Fees
The following items are non‑refundable: domain registrations or transfers, SSL certificates, licensed add‑ons, one‑time setup fees, migration fees, content development, and custom professional services.
5. Service Abuse or Policy Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, resource misuse, security violations, or breach of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
6. Uptime and Performance
We strive to maintain reliable hosting. In case of extended outages attributable to us, we may, at our discretion, offer service credits. Credits are not cash refunds and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a credit card or payment gateway chargeback will result in immediate account suspension. We encourage contacting our support to resolve billing concerns prior to filing chargebacks.
8. Cancellation Process
You may cancel at any time from your client portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically generate a refund unless within the eligible window.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@explosionweb.co.in from your registered email with your order ID, plan name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review eligibility and respond within 3–5 business days.
10. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
